Our special timing belts are made of white FDA conforming NBR rubber. Compared to standard vacuum belts they offer the following advantages:

• No groove in the tooth gap: Avoiding of predetermined breaking point or perforation
• Generally no splice, cords are not destroyed: No irregular elongation, homogeneous belt
• Available in lengths up to max. 30.000 mm, seamless
• Cord material glass fibre: Better resistance to bending in both directions than Kevlar, better binding to rubber than Kevlar to Polyurethane, no fibres are pulled out of the edges of the holes by vacuum.
• Available in white colour, FDA-conforming
• Low noise running on timing belt pulleys
